Protection of Human Rights of Suspects
– I will provide suspects arrested by the police with legal and mental support so that they will not be forced to make a false confession due to physical restraint or pressure exerted by the investigation, and I will make efforts to realize the protection of human rights of suspects so that innocent persons will not be erroneously punished.
– I will gather evidence for the defendants who deny the charge after indictment to prove their innocence, and I will make my best effort to defend the defendants who accept the charge and feel and show remorse for what happened to mitigate their criminal responsibility to the extent possible.
